Phase 1: Contractor Dispute

Begin asset searchRequired for claim eligibility to prove reasonable efforts have been made to determine whether the contractor possesses any assets with which to satisfy the underlying judgment, and that no such assets have been identified. 
Prepare and Submit Affidavit of Diligent Asset SearchThis form documents efforts to locate assets belonging to the contractor.  Use the DBPR short or long form.
