Business Law Firm, Jimerson Birr, Named One of the Best Places to Work on the First Coast

Jacksonville, Fla. – February 25, 2020 – Jimerson Birr, a locally headquartered, Florida-based, business law firm, has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work on the First Coast by the Jacksonville Business Journal. This is the third year the firm has received this recognition, which is based on employee feedback.
Each year, the Jacksonville Business Journal and its partner, Quantum Workplace, which specializes in workplace satisfaction, surveys employees in companies across the region in hopes of finding whose employees are the happiest and what makes those employers unique. Employees’ perceptions are collected regarding company leadership, morale, and progress within their respective workplaces.
The final list includes the top 10 companies in each of five categories based on size from Extra Small to Extra Large. With Jimerson Birr’s monthly firm-wide events schedule, transparency from leadership, competitive compensation and benefits structure, regular communication schedule, and commitment to professional development, employees reported feeling engaged, connected and positive.
