Gabriel Thomas

Overview

Gabriel Thomas is an attorney at Jimerson Birr, P.A., where he started as a law clerk in the summer of 2025. Mr. Thomas joined as a member of the streamlined litigation team, where his efficiency leads to better and faster results for his clients. He is committed to fostering long-term relationships with clients by delivering legal peace of mind ahead of schedule.

Mr. Thomas graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2023 and thereafter began his legal studies at the Florida State University College of Law. During his time in law school, Mr. Thomas focused his academic coursework on business law, reflected by his service as the Symposium Editor of the Business Review, as well as earning a Certificate in Business Law with High Honors.

Throughout law school, Mr. Thomas served the state of Florida as a law clerk with the Department of Financial Services, where he garnered experience with state administrative law, specifically in insurance regulation.

Mr. Thomas was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and is a staunch supporter of the Buccaneers, despite their best efforts to make him pick a better team. Outside the office, Mr. Thomas can be found enjoying the St. Johns riverwalk, or cooking at home with his wife, Audrey.
