Overview
Liv King is an Attorney at Jimerson Birr, where she first started as a summer associate in May of 2024. Liv works on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, including corporate formations, acquisitions, and workouts, as well as DBPR and licensing compliance and disputes.
In May 2025, Olivia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she completed internships with UVA Health’s Outpatient Pharmacy Director, and Trout Unlimited, a national non-profit organization dedicated to conserving freshwater streams around the United States.
Outside of her legal practice, Liv is the President of the Minds in Bloom Scholarship Foundation, which she founded to raise awareness for neurodegenerative diseases and provide financial support to rising college students who share that passion.
In her free time, Liv is a self-taught musician and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also loves going to the pool and beach, exercising, traveling, and listening to her favorite bands.
