Jimerson Birr Named One of “Best Places to Work” for Second Year in a Row

Jacksonville, Fla. – June 12, 2014 -Jimerson & Cobb, P.A. is proud to be named one of the Best Places to Work in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal. This marks the second year in a row that the firm has received this recognition.

The firm places a great emphasis on employee morale and has developed a comprehensive program geared towards light-hearted and team building events several times per month, including in-office mini golf tournaments, a Bob Ross painting contest and paper airplane competitions, among others.
Rankings for the list are determined by an independent research firm, Quantum Workplace, that specializes in measuring workplace satisfaction. Employees from small and large businesses are asked to answer questions regarding company leadership, morale and progress of their professional workplace. The list designates three categories for recognition: large businesses with 250 or more full-time employees, medium businesses with 30 to 249 employees and small businesses with 10 to 29 employees.
