Jimerson Birr Managing Partner Recognized as One of Jacksonville’s Ultimate Attorneys

Jacksonville, Fla. – February 10, 2016 – Jimerson & Cobb managing partner Charles Jimerson has been named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s inaugural Ultimate Attorneys List. The list honors those who have elevated the legal profession and have helped shape Jacksonville’s business community. These men and women were selected, with the help of members of the local legal community, from a pool of attorneys suggested by their peers.

Jimerson, a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College Of Law, was selected to this elite list from a pool of over 250 nominees and will join all of the honorees at a February 25 breakfast at the Omni Hotel Downtown Jacksonville. He will also be profiled in an upcoming edition of the Jacksonville
Business Journal.

Charles Jimerson has received professional recognition as an AV® rated lawyer from Martindale Hubbell, from Florida Trend and Florida Super Lawyers magazines. He was named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s “Veterans of Influence” in 2015, an award designating veterans that are making a
positive impact professionally and personally in the community. Jimerson currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Jacksonville Bar Association and The Northeast Florida Builders Association. He is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, the University of Kentucky Gatton
College of Business and Economics and the Campbell University Lundy-Fetterman School of Business. While attending Campbell, he also served as an active duty Combat Meteorologist in the United States Air Force. He settled in Jacksonville following graduation from law school and founded the predecessor firm to Jimerson & Cobb in 2009.
