Jacksonville, Fla. – August 8, 2018 – Jimerson & Cobb was recently recognized as one of “Florida’s Best Companies To Work For” by Florida Trend Magazine. This is the firm’s fourth time winning the award.
Each year, Florida Trend Magazine and Best Companies Group selects firms with at least 15 employees, based in Florida as well as outside the state, to participate at no cost. The first part of the survey is a questionnaire about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part is distributed to a randomly selected group of each firm’s employees, who respond anonymously to 72 statements on a five-point agreement scale. The survey also included two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions, which focus on these eight themes: Leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and development; pay and benefits; and overall engagement.
