Overview

Aura Daystar Brooks has founded an ever evolving and dynamic career trajectory.  Ms. Brooks graduated with Honors in International Affairs from Kennesaw University.  She went on to St. Thomas University of Law whereas a Dean’s Fellow, she created and taught a curriculum and review for first year students in Federal Civil Procedure. Ms. Brooks is also the co-author of the published, ‘Florida Motor Vehicle No- Fault Law’ treatise, has been profiled for ‘Women in Law’ and also received the American Bankruptcy ‘Medal of Excellence’.

Attorney Brooks’ legal career stems from a long-held interest in the affairs of human interaction and destiny. She grew up and was schooled on three continents.  Viewing life from the many perspectives generated by living in developing countries and being educated side by side with her fellow students from those lands leant a broad horizon to Ms. Brooks’ understanding of human needs.   Friends and acquaintances, whose own lives were entwined with civil wars, wars of independence, personal financial and National economic challenges and dynamic familial, cultural and international perspectives, gave Aura a rare and highly integrated perspective on human relations and interactions.

With dedication and foresight, Ms. Brooks pursued a course of study that would lead her to law.  Her zeal for insightful, logical, and non-discriminatory practices has inspired her to generate success at every instance.  Her feeling being that the law provides a means whereby order, good sense, dispassionate intercourse, and civil rights can be initiated and restored.

Ms. Brooks endeavored to always implement best practices and energetic relationships with fellow professionals, staff and clients.  Her objective has been to institutionalize and implement sound strategies that allow all participants to thrive and all interactions to prosper.

Attorney Brooks has earned a standing in the Legal community as fair-minded and dedicated.  Ms. Brooks has recruited, supervised, taught and encouraged, all those who work with and for her and strives to demonstrate a high integrity and personal responsibility toward all.
